* Having 2 years of Performance Testing experience
* Should have good hands on experience with Load Runner Tool
* Must be able to independently handle the project
* Good in Scripting & Execution and analysis using LR and Test Reporting.
* Should have end to end STLC testing process.
* Exposure to Customer interfacing role
* Good communication skills.
* Exposure to VSTS tool would be a plus
